PVC banner is a staple of the Exhibition hall and is regularly used to wrap timber frames and walls alike. Our eco friendly banner is PVC free and also recyclable.
Also available through our business signs service. With all the flexibility of a PVC, but without the impact on the environment.

ecoboard display board
Wherever possible we recommend the use of our ecoboard product, a direct substitute to foam PVC (foam board), this product has all the rigidity and stability of foam PVC, but can be recycled easily and as post-consumer waste. With a range of size and thickness it is possible to build a complete custom display booth with this product.

low energy exhibition lighting
We will always encourage low energy exhibition lighting, this will not only reduce the amount of power that you are using to make an impact on the day, an added advantage is helping keep the bill down, as the exhibition services team at the venue can supply a lower cost feed for your power.

reusable aluminium stand
We hold a stock of aluminium frames for construction of eco friendly display stands. Unlike the “reusable claims” of the cheaper pop-up type plastics, our twist and lock systems allow multiple uses over a huge amount of events and to date we have had to recycle hardly any of our stock and if we did have to, aluminium is 100% recyclable.

We only try and supply materials for flooring that can be recycled and have a supply chain that use guidelines supported and agreed by carpet recycling UK who have reduced carpet to landfill by 44% in the last 11 years.

fsc timber
It’s unavoidable, but with a larger stand invariably we need to use timber. All of our timber is sourced locally to our unit and is all supplied under the FSC chain of custody, we can supply documentation and once finished with we always endeavour to reuse. All timber we cannot reuse is recycled.

What’s the process for installing signage?
Step 1
We come and meet you on site and undertake a survey. This enables us to discuss options in situ and show you samples and examples of projects.
Step 2
We’ll send you an estimate and timescale for the work. Once approved, we move to step 3.
Step 3
We will prepare a method statement and risk assessment and book in your project.
Step 4
Come to site on the agreed date and undertake the installation.
How quickly can you install our business sign?
How quickly we can do your business sign and how long it will take depend on several factors:
- When we can have access to the site for installation
- How big/ complex the sign is
- How quickly we are able to survey the site, get sign off and book the sign installation in
When we come to your site to undertake the survey, we will be able to give you a much better idea on how long/ when the sign can be installed.
Can you install out of hours?
Absolutely! We will work around you, to ensure we install at a time that is most convenient for you and your customers.
If access is tricky, you have a shop which would be impacted by a sign installation or want to minimise the disruption on-site, installation at the weekend or out-of-hours may be more appropriate. We are always happy to discuss what will work best for you.
Who provides the specialist access and installation equipment?
We do. If we need specialist equipment to undertake the installation, then we will provide it. We will work with your site health and safety representative to organise access.

Do I need planning permission?
You may do depending on the sign and the location. Read our comprehensive guide to commercial sign planning permission here.
Will my business sign be under warranty?
All of our business signs come with a minimum 12-month warranty.
Who will supply the power for our business sign?
You can supply it using your approved supplier or we can introduce you to an approved electrical supplier who we work with regularly.
